This Privacy Policy describes how Ference Media, LLC ("Ference Media," "we," "us") handles information collected through our website, ferencemedia.com (the "Site"). The Ference Media Station Portal — a separate service for our station partners — is governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, available within that service.

Contact form. When you use our Get in Touch form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. This information is delivered to us by email and stored with our email and contact-management provider so we can respond to you and, where relevant, keep in touch about our services.
